For our location in Milan we are looking for you as

IT Coordinator (m/f/d) – Helpdesk and Support, EMEA

TASKS

  • In collaboration with our global shared service center, you provide 1st- and 2nd-level-support,  and guidance to internal and remote users across the EMEA region
  • Maintain all company IT systems, phones, intranet, printers / scanners and systems for version control
  • Maintain basic Client information in Active Directory / MS Exchange
  • Installation and configuration of laptops and workstations
  • Monitor operational reliability of all IT infrastructure across the different locations
  • Maintain user and inventory databases, user access rights and file structures
  • Service data processing centers
  • Contribute to corporate IT projects as required
  • Collaborate effectively with external suppliers for IT services

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vocational training / diploma in an IT-related field or equivalent
  • Ideally a minimum of two years professional experience in an IT support environment
  • Very good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with SharePoint Online desirable
  • Experience with MS 365 (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Previous exposure to IT audits would be an asset
  • Flexibility to travel within the region (max. 10%)

LANGUAGES

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional languages are a plus, preferably German or Italian
